    Happy Monday everyone!

    I did very well this weekend drank tons of water and didnt cheat at ALL which is a huge step up from last weekend. Got a lot of things done this weekend, started working on remodeling the bathroom and got the living room all cleaned up, so I'm pretty satisfied with what got done this weekend, Colorado's first snow fell Saturday night, wasnt a whole lot but we got some which I'm not all that excited about lol

    Found out that my mom went off and I'm pretty sure got married this weekend in Vegas (she says she'll "tell me later") not very happy about it since she didnt care to ask her kids what we thought about it, oh and also found out this morning that my dads getting married in December..I dont know whats going on anymore.

    I'm really stressed but very determined to stay on plan and get down to my goal weight next week, I'm glad I set a goal for Halloween or else I probably would have gone back to my old ways of eating with all this stress I'm dealing with right now, need to find a vet close to home where I can get my puppy fixed before she goes into heat which isnt gonna be cheap..man I hope this week gets better!

    At least I have this weekend to look forward to since I get to go to Halloween parties and FINALLY wear my costume that I've been dying to wear!

      Morning again.........

      They're evacuating thousands here. Not us, yet, and it looks like nothing's getting closer to us, just going further into San Diego and all the way across to the coast.

            Good Morning STAC'ers,

            Happy Monday! Day 3 of induction going well.

            I did work out yesterday- all of the good equipment was full so I used a stair climber.... OMG 10 minutes killed me. Then I did my arms and chest.

              Good Morning ... err almost afternoon

              Had a rough nights sleep so I didnt get out the door for my walk this morning as I planned .. hopefully can squeeze it in after work.

              I am on day 8 of induction and having trouble sleeping through the night. I am super restless. I cant remember this happening the first time I did Atkins. Anyone have any suggestions??

              I too am an avid Scale Surfer..*grin* I should know better but am completely addicted to checking each morning. I think I am afraid I might miss some monumental weight loss. LOL But it's hard sometimes to see even 1lb up from the day before.

              Welcome back to the folks who are just starting induction again!

                Good morning everyone. Well I made it through the baby shower with just a little cheat. The antipasta was a life saver. The salad tasted so good I filled my plate with that and only had a couple of mouthfuls of the veggie lasagna. Most of the lasagna was ok except for the noodles which I avoided. I did eat a 2 inch by 2 inch piece of the cake . I drank a lot of diet ice tea and this moning am only 1/2 pound heavier than I was on Saturday. I say I did good I was satisfied because I tasted everything and I don't feel like I missed out on anything.

                I am still waiting for my Yoga DVDs to show up. I hope they get here tomorrow. I also still need to learn how to run my DVD player . Honestly the remote has a hundred buttons and I have no idea which ones to push. Why can 't they make those things more old lady friendly?

                  I hear ya i always go for comfort but when the weight starts to shed off the jeans don't bother you anymore and they become your comfy clothes. Keep up the great work.

                    OMG! I almost forgot to check in today. I didn't check in this weekend because I keep forgetting if I'm not at work...and half the time when I am!

                    I managed to get all three days at the gym in last week, even if the diet side wasn't as good as it needed to be. Got a couple more frowny faces on my diet/exercise sheet. Will do better this week. I have gym tonight and I'll work hard to make sure this week doesn't get all confused and schedules don't go erratic...I hope!

                    Have a successful Atkins day!
