  • A coffee hound...

Okay, so I have a new job working out of town and I have to get up at 4am every day. We don't get home until 8:30pm and although I'm not too bad in the eves. Mornings are rough. I've had to start drinking caffeine in order to stay awake at work! I don't seem to get any sweets cravings and I've upped my water intake. How bad is this guys? I just don't want to get in trouble at work!! Any recommendations?

Caffeine does not hurt a lot of people on this woe. I have coffee every single day. If it doesn't trigger cravings or stall you, go for it.

I drink a pot of coffee a day. Full flavor. I am 20 lbs from goal. If anything it may slow your losses, but this isn't a race. do what you have to do to get by. Watch me get clobbered by that, but it is what it is.

Coffee is a stalller for some and not for others. Its an up to you kind of thing. If it stalls or slows you maybe you should think twice. If not go for it. A brisk walk does it for many people.

Don't forget to count the carbs!! Coffee= 1 carb for 6-8oz.

Well poop! I wasn't counting the coffee!! Granted that is probably because I don't think in the morning. No biggie since I always give myself a little playing room in case I feel the need for a sugar free jello with whipped cream at night
