Good morning, STACers!
We're heading into the weekend which means for some of us extra planning and preparedness are needed quickly! For others (like me - eek!), we're just trying to get back into the swing of things, Atkins-style. Yet, with so much else to do, getting ready for winter, housework, taking care of family's needs, there isn't a lot of time to do what we need to for ourselves.
So a little encouragement to all of us who are struggling to do so - take time for yourself and your health! It's one of my BIG priorities this weekend. Somewhere in between raking leaves, laundry, cleaning gutters, dishes, etc., etc. I WILL stretch and work out, get good foods and snacks ready, start eating properly, and drink LOTS of water! Most of all, soak in the commeraderie and encouragement here on ADBB!!

Man, that is the part of my body I hate the most, next to my 2nd stomach roll, which is getting a little smaller too I think!
) It is nice to finally have the fat goggles off a little.
