Re: I got my yoga dvd!
Does anyone have and suggestions for a good very beginner Yoga DVD? I haveonly tried it once and I had a really hard time doing what they were doing. Most of the time I was thinking..." you have got to be kidding me! I put my feet where? Or I bend how far?? I think I was just using a video that was too advanced. I think I could really get into it if I found a good video. Plus what other things do I need to go with it, a mat, weights, ect?sigpic~Starr~

Re: I got my yoga dvd!
I bought one from Amazon----still waiting for it to arrive-----it's called Yoga for Inflexible people and is made for beginners (like me) who are not bendable, lol. It has all modified poses using towels, etc., to help get you to a place where you can do the poses without using the extra help. It is supposed to incorporate a variety of things so that a newbie can just pop it in and do it or even the most yogafied person can pop it in and get a good workout.
I have high hopes it will be good for me and I can't wait for it to get here already--I also got it for a sweet price. I paid about 7 bucks for everything including shipping!
