good morning, I'm claiming my goal of 146.5 today although i weighed in at 145.8, that must have happened cuz i claimed goal...ha ha...been here for quite some time now and i have been able to eat up to 90 w/ out gaining...i will continue to add 5 a week now to see what happens, hopefully my CCLL will be a little higher since i exercize. for those of you that are not there yet, i just want to say that you have a treat in store for you, cuz there is so much more of a variety that you can eat. hugs, Michelle.

Just a quick update .. the new scale was very kind to me today .. instead of it showing 2 pounds more than my old scale like it did last night.. it showed 3.5 pounds less!! Counting it as a 1.5 drop. I finally made it below 200 for the first time in many many months!! There IS hope! LOL
Hello Everyone. Its raining here too. We have had over 4 inches of rain this month and I am getting worried again . Last year we were flooded twice and I had to spend several days in a shelter alone because I could not get home to my family due to flooded roads. I hope this doesn't happen again. I have not lost any weight this week and worrying makes me want to eat.
On a brighter note , my daughter emailed me ultrasound pictures of her twins. They are due sometime in the next five weeks. The babies, a boy and a girl ,are doing fantastic. They measure in the 60% of single babies. Large babies run in our family. At 33 weeks gestation they are both over 4 pounds in size. The doctor does not plan on having my daughter go the full 40 weeks due to possible complications so they will be born sometime in November. I can hardly wait.

I have been so bad that is why I havent been on the board lately. I rather not go into details but i will say that i am getting it together today. In just 1 week i can tell the difference in my first way in. It is funny this board is like great because i know i am wrong so i avoid it just like when i eat treats around the house i know i am wrong because i sneak and do it. Pray that i can get back on track and stay on track.
