I have been using keto strips all week. And they have been dark.
The Last Two Days they are Very Light Barley trace?
Does anyone know if this means I need to limit more carbs.. Kind of assuming this has to do with the rate of which we are burning fat.
Any help or knowledge on this is much appreciated!
