    Feel kind of blah the past couple days. Not TOM, don't really know why. I tried adding some no carb/ no sugar sausage, but I feel bad eating it. And I feel like I put on weight this week not lost. I'll find out tomorrow. Might all be in my head, clothes fit pretty good. (I worry that if its in my head I have one of those pesky thinking to much about eating problems.)

    Pork for dinner. Treadmill this morning, woke up a little late for yoga. I'm sleepy which I wasn't the first week of Atkins. I took out the one food I added and I still feel funny. Wish I could figure out why

      Hello everyone, I am in jet lag and have accidently slept all day long...but of course was up 4 hours in the middle of the night. I feel terrible and yet it's already 4pm and I might be back in bed by nine and hope for a great day tomorrow.....
      This was the first string of holidays we have to negotiate.....Learn from what worked and what you need to guard against you for Thanksgiving Success!
