OK so it all went a bit pear-shaped! Fortunately, I don't think I've put much weight back on, maybe 3 or 4 pounds, but now it's time to get back on track!
I started induction today, and I'm going rock climbing on Tuesday so I'm sure I'm gonna get stuck into my exercise again too! I can't wait!
