    Good morning STAC people!

    It is 3am here and I am awake, came down with a double ear infection yesterday. So it was a blessing in disguise that I was not able to do my long bike ride yesterday in the mountains, because I would have added injury to my body which right now feels beat up as it is. On antibiotics and hopefully will feel better tomorrow. took a decongestant and now can't sleep. At least it is Sunday and I can rest up before work tomorrow.

    Hope everyone has a great day! I will be in cozy PJ's eating soup and watching movies all day...

    Good Morning.. I actually slept in this morning.. I woke up at 6 the old time..but 5 the new time.. I hate changing the time on the clocks it drives me crazy. Throws my body off...

    Heading to church this morning then a potluck lunch afterwards for a guy that is leaving our work. Sure going to miss him he is a good person. Then back to church for youth.

      GoodMorning all!

      I am up early again also..up at 4:00..new time..why? I don't know..Inner time clock is weird!

      Hoping to head to church with daughter and grandchildren..all have the sniffles..so we will see.
      Boss gave me one of those ole cardio gliders..never used..hubby put it together for me last night..got on it..what looks so easy is really a killer..had a good workout on it..will get on it again this morning.weight holding steady at 160. Stalled again but not gaining so this is a good thing for now. Waiting for my break!

        you two go get some extra blessings in for me, because i am not going to venture out to church this morning. i am hoping i will fall back asleep soon....we don't observe daylight savings in arizona, and i forgot this weekend was 'fall back'. i always used to like that so much better than 'spring forward' for the extra hour of sleep!!!

          I'm glad I am not the only one up so early. I hate day light savings time I just never saw the wisdom in messing with natural ryhtums of nature. I think it pushes our little kids into staying up way to late because its hard for them to sleep when its light out and I just hate them having to go off to school in total darkness. Well my weight and measurments this week are almost exactly the same as last week. Which isnt bad considering I had 2 major doctors app this week and couldn't exercise as much as I usally do. In fact I didnt get to exercise 3 days this week at all sigh. Next week I have a 2 hour glucose tollerance test so we all know how that is going to affect my weight loss. On the good side my doctor is putting my on idione to help correct my thyroid problem and that should make it easier for me to control my weight.

          Party I am sorry to hear you are sick I hope you feel better soon
          less I used to have a cardio glider you can sure get a good workout with it your going to love using it.

            I HOPE I got an extra hour sleep...I hit that snooze so many times! Gosh I just wanted to sleep in all morning today....
            It's cold here to me. I am just waiting for the morning to wake me, busy day off to church and all sorts of cooking for the week! I hope to wake tomorrow morning back in a groove! Between the colder weather here and my internal clock really suffering from jet lag, I am still a mess! Been eating great and feeling all the wrinkles of food smooth back out!

              Good Morning Stacers!!

              It is an incredibly beautiful crisp fall day(29 degrees @ present). The sun is shining & I think I'm going to bundle up & go for a walk.

              I'm sorry to hear that people are sick...rest & fluids!

                Well Good Sunday Morning to all.
                Yesterday was a wet an awful day with the remains of Hurricane Noelle coming through. Man can she blow! I am feeling great and the scales are moving!!! Woo Hoo!! It feels so nice to see it moving especially since I a had a couple hard day there where I was really feeling like cheating....but I totally didn't and I am being rewarded for it now!! I am up early because my 18 month old daughter didn't get the memo that we get an extra hour of sleep. So I will have to take the extra hour of getting ready for church! ( I can always use that too!)

                  The bad thing about the time change it screws my body up so much..I already have a hard time sleeping as it is.. The ONLY good thing is that it won't be pitch dark at the bus stop tomorrow when my daughter goes out

                    It's now 8 am and my workout is finished for the day the grand kids have gone home and I have some time to myself. After I fix breakfast I am going to take a long hot bath and soak my sore calfs. I hope everyone has a great day and i'll see everyone tommorow

                      Morning everyone! The scales moved 1 lb!! So that was exciting. I sat in bed for awhile because of the time change. I felt I didn't need to get up yet and the kids were good and didn't bother me.

                      We have a lot of things to do today because we have a family coming over for a farm tour around 3. And I have to run by the store to get milk and a few things as I promised a "mexican" night tonight and everyone but me is having burritos, I'm having a taco salad.

                      Think I'll make some hard boiled eggs today for snacking on depending on how many eggs I gather this morning

                        Good morning everyone! Lots of early birds due to the 'falling back' thing. I actually slept IN; I'm getting very good at that on the weekends.

                        I'm feeling good today; very positive. No scale movement in the last couple of days, but that's ok. I was able to wear my leather jacket yesterday on my shopping expedition with Mom & her friend, which thrilled me.

                        Gotta focus on water today. Didn't do very good yesterday on the 'road trip'. DH and I have an errand to run this morning; when I get home, I'll be plugging in the yoga dvd.

                          Morning, all!

                          Well, yesterday was good. I did some yoga and then a workout at the gym and it felt absolutely great.

                          Today I will do yoga again and I think I'm going to try a short, short run, to see how that feels.

                          No scale movement. My body is going to stay here until it's ready to let go of some more fat. My job is to keep feeding it and watering it and so that is what I am going to do.

                            Morning everyone. I've got allergies--BAD. I need to take an antihistimine and dry up my runny nose. I hope everyone who is feeling sick gets well soon. This is the time for sickness--my older daughter was running a fever last night and has a cough.

                            I am hosting the pushup challenge this month and all types of pushups are valid---even wallups!! I would love it if more of my STAC pals would join in!!!! PWEEEEZE.

                            Well, I'm off to take that pill...Make it a great Sunday!

                              Good Morning...
                              Dreamed I was running from fire all night, through forest, over streams, into wooden houses, finally came to a wet water filled oasis and the fire went away... it was weird. My brain is still working on getting over the fire, but at least it ended well. That must be a good sign.
                              Had a good legal day yesterday, one of my coworkers is doing 'sugar-less' now which helps me not be the only one not eating cookies, candy etc...
                              Having a mental debate over whether or not to go to church, wanting to recharge in other ways, but will probably go just to be with ds and dh... they've decided to go to early church so I actually can do it before work. (big football day for dh and ds! which is why they're going to early church.)
