I really wish I could get my sleep schedule strighted back around. It's 5:25 and I've been up since 3 sigh. Well on a positive I already have worked out for about an hour this morning and caught up with all my posts and emails. I hope everyone has a great morning I'll try to check back in later.

Im the opposite. I slept way too heavily last night and didn't shift out of bed until 10.30 (im at University, not work today) my head feels like its full of fog now!
I need to go and put the frying pan on and make breakfast.

Good Morning Stacers!!
I slept great...sorry to hear some of you are waking up so early. I'm awake & full of energy. Raining today...some joint pain.
So my plan is to go to the gym if the rain continues...I'll use the treadmill.
Lost 2.2# !! That puts me back where I was prior to my slip. I'm a happy camper about the loss!

I'm like the majority that I've read; didn't sleep well. Woke up at 2 and had a hard time getting back to sleep. Too much on my mind.

Good Morning All!
Well it is that TOM for me (it came a couple days early but deffinately explains the 3-4 pound weight gain!) so after getting on the scale today and seeing it up a little more I have decided to not get on it again until after my TOM is over. Untill then I will drink my water do my yoga ( which I am loving) and eat my veggies. I really need to focus on eating my veggies. I was wondering about the pumpkin custard I made yesterday. I got it off of Linda's site. Do I count that as part of my veggies? I mean it is definately a dessert but it has pumpkin in it (obviously) so do I count that towards my veggies? Could eating my veggies by that yummy???

Good morning everyone ......... sorry I didn't post yesterday I read through out the day but don't always have time to actually sit and post ......... I am back on track with a vengence and loving the way I feel again with excercise being a big part of my day again. I got on my Eliptical for the first time yesterday I only did about 10 minutes but it was wonderful and it felt good. I also did my biggest loser dvd last night and a yoga section as well ..........It was alot of fun .....
It's a dreary rainy day here today so not much happening yesterday the kids and I played in the leaves and had a wonderful outdoor time enjoying the crisp fall weather but there will be none of that today for sure! I thought I would share a pic of three of them laying in the leaves ..........

Hi all!
Well, yesterday was an INCREDIBLY frustrating day at work. I mean, I think all of my students left their brains at home. Certainly the "listening" part of their brains!
I have a long drive home, so by the time we hit our front door, I'd processed and debriefed with dh and he'd made me laugh, and all was well - bless him! So, I decided to go for my first run in two weeks. The sky was clear, and I couldn't smell smoke, and I thought, oh, what the heck.
I did a lovely, easy 2 mile run and the entire world had turned technocolor by the time I returned - amazing how just getting exercise transforms things in my head! lol.

Morning everyone!
I have "the morning after" taking medicine fog in my head. I'm in a haze but feeling at least somewhat better.
No weight loss which is ok - I think the medicine screwed me up some and I expected that.
Need to wake up and actually get something done today (helping my daughter clean her disasterous room)

morning everybody. Did a double workout last night and slept in til 9am today, after getting up for a short bit of time at 6 to see my kiddo off.
I seem to still be getting up in the middle of the night, ever since returning to the US! I am very sore today, so I declare a "rest day" for my hips! Ran too hard last night with DD...
Evermind, exercise will lift the spirits...Why have not not been able to run for 2 weeks? You were going strong and high on running? 2 week break could easily contribute to feeling down.74 8/1/06

I slept okay, wanted to sleep a little more to be honest
Treadmill and strength training this morning. I did my yoga last night which I'm very happy about. Looks like this new workout schedule should work well.
Tried cornish hen for dinner, tastes like chicken, no really it does lol

I haven't been able to exercise because of the wildfires that swept thru S. California. The air quality has been so bad that they recommended no exercise outdoors, which is where I run. I was finally able to start yoga after we got air filters for our house. Down where I live, you can often still smell the smoke.

Good Morning Everyone
Sorry to hear many of you are not sleeping well! I am finally sleeping through the night again... the first few weeks of this WOL had me running to the potty at 3am
I am home from work on personal day today with my kids. They have today off due to elections so I plan on getting in my Yoga and possibly adding in a little bit of weights today.
Trying to keep the water flowing.. I am used to drinking ALOT when I am at work .. Home is always a different story!

Good Morning!
Well, I finally had a good long night's sleep... after night after night of bad dreams, I'm thrilled! Yeah! (fire related stress and jet lag) I feel like I'm getting back to 'normal' again. Yesterday took 3 mile walk with my dog. Was pretty sore actually, my legs anyways. I'm back to taking potassium for muscle cramps... but it seems to be working.
Anyways, I'm off to get my hair colored, highlighted and cut. Can't wait! I'm going back to the Paul Mitchell school which is a fun, exciting and energetic place to be. Those kids work their butts off! Hope it turns out good again. Last time it was awesome!
Reguarding the fires: There are still hundreds of fire fighters camped out at various emergency base camps and still going out to put out hot spots and fighting the last of the fires. I don't think it's possible to realize the magnitude of the fires and smoke if you don't live here. I drive by one base camp everyday about a mile from my home! What was an open field is a huge camp full of dear men putting their lives on the line and sleeping in tents at night for what? 2 weeks now! I love firemen!!! They're so amazing! They are a different kind of army... I hope they can go home soon... they're from all over.
I'm so glad you got to run Evermind! I thought of you on my walk and almost started running but my dog is really annoying when I run... she pulls me over thinking it's a race... lol.
