I can't stand looking at food at all. But I need to eat and I also need to fix dinner for everyone. Last night was soup - today, lunch was soup and I think I'm just about done. I'm making parmesean wings for dinner tonight to probably go with a salad and or veggies.
But dang - I feel run down and just icky. I have drank so much water today it's not funny. On top of that I had a zero carb protein shake after lunch to hopefully get me moving (it didn't).
It just needs to go away! I have stuff to do! Doesn't my body know that?! We don't get sick often in our house (lucky I guess) and when it happens it doesn't happen lightly.
I'm trying to stay good - and doing pretty well with it - my veggie intake just needs to go up but I really can't even stand the smell of veggies at the moment.
Man this stinks. And what's worse is my husband is having problems with his intestines (I forget the name of the issue but it has something to do with seeds getting stuck etc) and he's never pleasant when it happens and I feel guilty for feeling like garbage and he's out still doing work.
