    Hi All...

    Back again! i am so sorry for re re re starting. I can recall the first time I did atkins, it was a picture that was taking of my on my birthday December 23 2002, I swore I would never look like that again I was 5'1 200.2lbs. Well I got my self down to an all time low on atkins of 148.0, well today I am pushing 170.0. I am so dissapointed, and my birthday is coming up and I can not look like this. The pants are tight, I do not want to leave the house because nothing fits and I am embarrased of myself! I refuse to buy bigger clothes again.. Been there done that! So this is where I am at again but this time it took to be back at almost square one :-(

    Some important dates I want to look better for, not only that I have high blood pressure and cholestrol and I know with my weight down the are under control. I am on blood pressure meds now!

    December 23rd,07- My 29th birthday!!!
    December 31st,07- Who doesn't want to look good going into a new year
    April 08-Sprint time
    June 08- Shorts weather
    September 08- A Wedding I am in...
    December 08- MY BIG 30!!!!

    I know I can reach my all time goal in one year! I would like to reach it by June 1, and if I find some will power I know I can do it I lost over 50lbs on atkins before! So here I go... tomorrow i smy day! No more saying oh I will wait until the weekend is over.

    Also the pictures of before and after are so motivating!!!

    Here I go..

    Tomorrow's breakfast

    2 eggs omlet with cheese and bacon

    Lunch, Salad with steaktips & italian dressing

    Lot and lots of water... not a problem for me!

    also tomorrow

    15 minute walk on my break at work... 30 minute walk on my lunch break at work, and 30 minutes of the Tae Bo Basics video!

    Hope I can take this journey with all of you! We can do it... do it now do not wait for the new year!

        Nice to meet you.

        I was thinking come new year we might see a lot of new people around here and how glad I was I did it now for me, not wait till the new year.
