  • Starting again and again and again

Just starting back again for the umpteenth time. This time hopefully will be the last time.

I lost 30 lbs a few years aga and have slowly gained it all back and then some.

I can't believe I have never found this BB in all this time.

    Anyway away I go again.

    Welcome aboard!

Well, you have lucked out now - this is the greatest place there is for support. I know I would not have come so far without it. Anytime you feel hard done by or that things are getting tough, check out the before and afters - that cures any inclination to stray, it's an inspiration.

The best of luck on your journey!

I've found the receipes to be a great help. And with the holidays coming up you don't have to worry about gaining weight. Who knows, come January when everyone else is like, "need to lose the holiday weight" you can smile and say to yourself "I'm so glad that's not me"

Welcome...you're definitely in the right place. I come here every day...usually twice or three times and it's so helpful. Lots of great support, advice & recipes. There's also another great recipe site (maybe you already know it, but I'll send the link anyway)

Don't worry this is the 3rd time that I've started. It gets even harder after you have done and try to start again. I'm staying positive, and hopefully everything will fall into place.
