    Good Morning STAC'ers,

    I am not feeling so good. I faught a headache all day yesterday and realized it was a migraine. I woke up and still have it. I will take a Migrain pill today (but it is probably too late to do any good). I think I took 6 advil yesterday and went to bed at 8:30 pm- being in the dark helps.

    It is 13' this morning brrrr. We got snow last weekend and have been having it all week. Today it is too cold to snow... However we are expecting a new snow storm in by this evening for the weekend.

    I am not planning alot today- just drinking water and trying to stay on plan. I am afraid to weigh myself... LOL I still feel a little bloated (PMS in another day). I will wait a little longer.

    *** Weird**** I have noticed my FAT is breaking....LOL I mean to say that the big rolls are breaking into smaller rolls. I assume this is the melting process and I am excited about the changes that will come with it. Has anyone else noticed this?

      Morning STACers. i kind of fell off after a week of senseless gains. The cheats weren't horrible. Had a one day carb bender for my birthday and have been in induction since. Back down to 183 so i am hopping back on the board. It's payday so i can go shopping which is part of why it got so hard. Can anyone give me tips for economical, easy, tasty and FAST ways to cook for 3? 2 of em aren't even on Atkins. This has become quite the struggle for me.

        I cook all the time I make a dinner for me and usually an additional side dish for the kids and my husband.

        I also use those new Steamed Veggies in a bag and they have single serving versions since my kids like corn and I can't eat it.

        I also use lipton side dishes for them and just double my salad size.

          Goodmorning!!! I am so tired, and I need more sleep. Aside from that, I feel absolutely great!!! I look skinnier, a little bit and I have a bit more energy, but it's going to take a long time to get where I want! We can do it!

            I havent had much time to post ... fighting a cold and working OT this week.

            Seems everyones scales are stuck! Mine too!! I think, I know why mine is .. I havent been able to get to the gym but once this week.. and for 2 days havent had enough water.. maybe 60oz which is HALF what I normally drink.

            Spirit- I cook for 4 of us and just like Chica.. I dont do much different. I cook 2 veggies if one is high carb. On the nights I make pasta or something pre-made (chicken nuggets, frozen food of some sort) for them- I eat a large salad with sliced turkey or left over meat from another meal.

            Sandy- Glad to see you are getting back on track. How's your daughter feeling??

            Only thing I can say now is TGIF !!! See you all in the morning!

              Brittany is feeling better..she is back to dancing around the house.. She is getting ticked off though that she wakes up in the middle of the night to go potty...lol Her color is back also..
