  • Trouble in my 5th Week

    I can already feel it. Last time, lost in the first two weeks, nothing the next two weeks and I went off plan at then end of the fifth. (inches and weight)

    I've been trying OWL rung 1 hoping more carbs would kick start me. I work out all the time. Drink tons of water. Maybe I can eat more, I'm about 2000 calories, but if I work out enough, maybe I should eat more? I honestly don't think I know when I'm hungry and full.

    But knowing there is a trap is the first step in overcoming it (I love Dune)
    10/18 ~ 240 Start
    1st Goal ~ 220 Done
    2nd Goal ~ 200 Done
    1/9 ~ 198
    3rd Goal 180
    4th Goal 160
    5th Goal 140
    Final Goal: 120-130

    Have you tried using fitday? http://www.fitday.com/

    It's free, and you can track the % 's of what you eat, the calories, etc.
    Remember Dr. A wants us to have a 65% fat, 5% carbs, and 30% protein. Try tracking what you're eating for a few weeks, it will help. Don't forget to subtrack the fiber from the carbs to get your total NET carbs.... fitday will figure the fiber for you too. Just look for it on the % graph.

      I do, my numbers are where they should be. I'm just not sure if I'm eating enough or too much. But I'm the only person who would know. *sigh*

      It helps coming here. I love mock french toast and flaxseed muffins.
