I can already feel it. Last time, lost in the first two weeks, nothing the next two weeks and I went off plan at then end of the fifth. (inches and weight)
I've been trying OWL rung 1 hoping more carbs would kick start me. I work out all the time. Drink tons of water. Maybe I can eat more, I'm about 2000 calories, but if I work out enough, maybe I should eat more? I honestly don't think I know when I'm hungry and full.
But knowing there is a trap is the first step in overcoming it (I love Dune)
