    roll call Wed 11/21/07

    i was up early and saw that no one started the roll call for today , and i felt a little lost so i hope you guys don't mind that i started this thread!!!! i hope everyone has a WONDERFUL day!!!! as for me i'm up a half a lb , but i'm cutting out all splenda to see how that effects me. lets hope for the best!!!!
