    Water Question !!!!

ok i'm frustrated!!!!!!!! i have been drinking TONS of water! i cut out bacon and salt (which I love ). I wake up feeling extremely bloated, to the point that my ring leaves an indent in my finger (it usually fit normally) . yesterday i tried to get closer to my required amount of water (95 oz) i drank about 80 oz. what seems to happen is that i'll get down about 3 full large glasses and have to pee once, then about two hours later i will literally be in the bathroom 10 times in a half hour with a full bladder everytime. then i'll only go 3 or 4 times for the rest of the night and i used to have to go at least twice a night now sometimes i go all night with out getting up once( not that i'm complaining about that!) but my morning urine is really yellow. also my keto stick at night is pretty dark. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE WHEN I'M TAKING IN THE AMOUNT OF WATER I AM?????? i'm starting to think there is something wrong with my kidneys!!!!! Does anyone else have similar problems??? help !!!!

    Re: Water Question !!!!

Oh I have such issues with the water But it went away as long as I kept at it. Keep drinking water - it's flushing out stuff from your system you don't need. It might take a couple of days and it does go away.

Are you pacing your water or are you guzzleing and then not drinking for awhile? I had the similar issues you are staing and then I decided to pace my water. I fill 5 20 oz bottles of water in the morning and sip them all day long. No guzzleing just a few swallows then walk away a little while longer a few swallows . ect ............. it keeps me evenly hydrated through out the day and I get it all in!

If I remember correctly - you've had a few cheats right? That might be causing some of the retention issues. For me it took 2 weeks of no sweet stuff to get my body in sync with the whole water thing. Granted I didn't do away with my bacon but I only have it 1x per week usually (I'm running low and I don't buy bacon - LOL)

I agree about the guzzling I have a 24oz water bottle with a straw so I constantly sip it. I ALWAYS need to pee if I slurp it all down quickly.

You might want to run out to the store and get yourself some herbal supplements. Dandelion Root does a really good job, in a gentle way, of helping you release fluid. Take one when you go to bed, see how you are in the morning.

But most important, do what the others are saying. Sip throughout the day, not one big honking amount at a time. Your kidneys will thank you. They don't like to be overwhelmed.
