Sooo here i am.. for like the 1500000th time lol.
I restarted a couple of weeks ago with a friend at work actually...we both agreed to have one cheat day a week.. and so yeah.. we both pretty much fell off last weekend... I don't think i should do cheat days anymore.. because in my case i end up wanting more of the whatever.
In anycase though.. the first time i was on this diet i found myself in onederland for a bit... started out at 250+.. and here i am almost at my start weight again. Hoping to stay on the wagon this time for sure.
