luckily I've only gained 15 pounds being on and off since around June, which is better than the 315 when I started (230 now)
so tomorrow I will start again, will start cardio again and getting in the best shape of my life. My goal now will be 190, which I know I can do with hard work and staying on the diet. I want to be amazed with how I look and tomorrow I will start, hopefully I will see results as quickly as the first time.
