I haven't been here for awhile, but I haven't exactly fell off the wagon either. I'm still on 'induction' except I've been eating peanut butter and drinking Crystal Light and Wyler's Light lemonaides. I can't seem to do a clean induction and move on to OWL like I should've done a long time ago.
I've been taking a cheat day once a month. I haven't been working out either. However, I plan on starting Slim in 6 the first monday of the new year since the boyfriend has 17 days off in December and I don't want to have to fuss over the livingroom TV. I think thats all of the confessions that I have to fess up to for now
Can someone please direct me to a clean induction challenge thread? Oh, and opinions on Crystal Light and Wyler's during induction would be helpful. Thanks!
