  • Please force me back onto the wagon!

OMG... what happened to me?? I was on board for like 6 months, doing super awesome, and suddenly I fell off. I gained back about 15 pounds in one month! Right now my eating is back to being on-plan, and I weighed in at 186 this morning. Before falling off I was at 175. I'm feeling down about this so I know I really need my support team (you guys!) back. I know I've needed to come back online for a few weeks but I've been too ashamed to show my face!

Welcome back. Figure out what made you jump off the wagon -- then decide what you'll do instead of jumping next time that happens or a similar situation. Plan ahead....don't look back....go forward to goal. We're here for you!

Welcome back. You shouldn't feel ashamed. Alot of us here at the ADBB have messed up at one point or another and had to come back and admit our mistakes. You'll lose those extra 11 pounds in no time! I'm glad you decided to come back here for support.

EVERYONE....throw away your bigger sizes. Make them not an option anymore. Seriously, it will help. I don't have money for clothes right now but i am gonna try to hit goodwill if i get money for xmas so that i can throw away my big clothes that i have to safety pin to keep on anyway, and then i am getting rid of em for good!

The women's shelters are in great need of clothing. I've taken all of my clothes there when I no longer use them. They really need 'office attire' as they have programs to train women to get back into the work environment.

Hello everyone. Its me. I have been off the wagon too and I am trying to find my way back on. I only have gained 4 pounds. I have been trying to stay on track. THe biggest thing that has made me go off Atkins was my daughters pregnancy. Yesterday she gave birth to twins. Alana Rose weighs 6 pounds 6 oz and Eric James weighs 6 pounds 10 oz. The babies will now be my inspiration to stick to diet. I want to be there to watch them grow up and I want to be able to play with them.

I am restarting at 214 pounds In September I weighed 228 so I am really doing pretty good.

This is very good advice! My pants are getting too big and once they are gone it is great motivation as I don't want to have to go back shopping for bigger pants, I want to shop for smaller pants!
