      Vickie.. I totally understand.. I have been off the wagon since Halloween...and have 12lbs back on to show for it.. Sunday is my restart day.. I was thinking this morning...Why don't I just go back to weight watchers.. It was coming off...very slowly..but I could eat whatever.. But then I thought.. you know even when I was on ww's..I didn't eat healthy.. I would eat bread instead of veggies... And I was AlWAYS hungry... I know Atkins is the only plan that works for my body and makes me feel so much better.. Just tell yourself you will NEVER eat so and so... Yeah you might get pancakes again...Whole Wheat ones when you get to that rung.. You can do it!
