No... I'm one of those people who like to graph my weight loss... I find it really motivating AND I can see patterns and things that help me a great deal when I compare days with my food journal. So... either we find the scale or I go out and purchase a new one. Given the state of my home, however, I think I'll opt for a new scale!!

... but I'm sticking to walking for now. Maybe I'll be able to incorporate a run into my walk like you do!


I hoping I can sleep it off and get back on tomorrow.. a huge reminder why I hate going off this WOE ....
