Hi everyone!!!!!! I haven;t been back since October.. OMG I been bad.. is been one thing after another.... I am so sorry
so I tried this and let things throw me off and decided I could do the regular low fat.. yeah right.... it went ok for a while but I noticed I strated cheating way too often and giving myself lots of slack... well I was down to about 209 at one point from 235 and well I am sure rght now I am about 230 something... I have refused to weight myself and is been months I was down to 209.... my mom has been doing awesome and has bypassed me in size when she used t give me smaller clothes that did not fit her now we are the opposite... I am happy for her but I think part of me envies her and is what brings me back!
I really hope to stick with it this time and I got my book out today and dusted it!
I will go grocery shopping tomorrow... hope I do not forget much.. I do not cook much that's why I was doing the "low fat" as I just get tv dinners but I will definitely try harder this time....
any advice?
