  • Hello.... long time no see

    Hi everyone!!!!!! I haven;t been back since October.. OMG I been bad.. is been one thing after another.... I am so sorry so I tried this and let things throw me off and decided I could do the regular low fat.. yeah right.... it went ok for a while but I noticed I strated cheating way too often and giving myself lots of slack... well I was down to about 209 at one point from 235 and well I am sure rght now I am about 230 something... I have refused to weight myself and is been months I was down to 209.... my mom has been doing awesome and has bypassed me in size when she used t give me smaller clothes that did not fit her now we are the opposite... I am happy for her but I think part of me envies her and is what brings me back!
    I really hope to stick with it this time and I got my book out today and dusted it!
    I will go grocery shopping tomorrow... hope I do not forget much.. I do not cook much that's why I was doing the "low fat" as I just get tv dinners but I will definitely try harder this time....
    any advice?

    whoaaaa my siggy is so old.. my 4 year old is 6, my 2 is 3 amd my 1 is 2 LOL....

      I am glad that I found someone that weighs the same as me, so that I can try and measure my progress with someone else, or I am just glad that I am not alone in being 225. I do hope and look forward to seeing you around! I hear you about your mom, but my problem is my mother has always been thinner, I am the fattest out of my family, my sister and brother can eat and not gain. Me on the other hand can look and gain!-LOL The first time around I noticed that I would eat a lot of processed meats. I have learned to eat only healthy like from the meat market that are not injected with colorings, also with my deli meats I ask for meat that has no nitrates even my hot dogs. It is more expensive with the deli meats so I use these meats as a treat. I also check my sugar count. and during this last time when I did induction I cut out soda completly even sugarless gum and that is my weakspot! Together we can do this!!!

        I was 225...before I started in October

        Good luck Loana, only thing I can think of is clean induction, vitamins, plenty of water and make sure you get enough sleep.

            Hi Loana, welcome back. When I saw you said you haven't been here since October, I thought "man, it seems longer than that since I seen you around the boards". Guessing you meant to put October of last year. No matter how long you been gone, you know the ADBB is always here to welcome you home. Good luck on your restart, you can get this right. And I am with you about the cooking, why can't they give us some good lowcarb tv dinners?! See you around the forums!
