  • Farewell old WOL

I found some diet pills in my desk and after thinking about it, about who I was then and who I want to become, I threw them away. I use to keep them so if something didn't work, my newest diet, I could take them while I tried to figure out what I wanted to try next.

Never again will I need them.

Losing weight is not the only reason I live this new WOL. Yes, its a big reason, but I love how great I feel. I remember getting up in the morning and having to take 10-15 minute warm-ups on the treadmill 'cause I couldn't get my butt moving, too sleepy. This morning, 5 minutes to warm-up felt like a long time.

I love this WOL and was happy to throw away the old diet pills. Its like I threw away the old me. Now I get to build whoever I want in its place.

And those pills cost lots of money, so I know I mean it too!

Good for you. The fact that you threw them away shows you are fully committed to making this work for you. There are so many gimicks out there that focus on overweight people and the fact is that all of them are costly and if you don't learn to make the changes that got you overweight...then you'll be a destined to buying them the rest of your life. With our new WOE/WOL (way of eating and way of life)...you can make the changes and learn the skills that will help you stay fit the rest of your life. So happy you are making the right choices and committing to this new way of living!!

Congrats on throwing out those pills, I have some from a site that do give me energy when I am on the tredmill so that is the only time I take them is before I work out so I dont get pooped out, but I do not take then as per the bottle says that is just 6 pills a day that is too many! Good luck
