        Re: Tues 12/11 Roll Call

Wow...here I am again still struggling with my weight for these past many months. Nothing much has changed for me but I have seen a lot of change with some of you! I sit here thinking that could be me, I was on this thread with you ladies who know me. I see your weight dropping off and your bodies changing and I am asking myself why I can't stick with the program like you did. I would be so much further down the road if I had.
I have made a lot of excuses and allowed other people and things to curtail me from what I really want. Most of all I have sabotage myself and my own efforts and I don't even really know why. It is one of the things that I have to work on.
So here I am again with my hat in my hand, heading into the holiday season and trying yet again to get with the program and stay with it. I hope you guys will have me.
I laughed to myself when I read your post JESS about being in here a week, a month or a year from now. I am probably going to have to make a pretty concerted effort to make the week. For me it will be one week at a time, sometimes one day at a time or even by the hour or minute.
I want to change. I want to stick with this and make it happen. I know it has to become a lifestyle for me. I am going to work on my new frame of mind. I am looking forward to jumping back in.
Tomorrow is day one for me.

(((DEBBY))) I have been in your shoes many many times..I am only back for a week now.. My motto is to keep trying... When I want to get back on plan..I also try to make it a week where I have at least 3 days of being able to be home...no parties or things like that.. It makes it a lot easier to get on track.. YOU CAN DO IT.. Just keep trying
