I am so not a work out video person, but I finally saw part of the infomercial for this and I'm intrigued. I remember there was some talk here about it in the Spring. They mentioned an eating plan too, but I'm not interested in that. Just the exercise. I think it's probably too much for me, but as I said, I'm intrigued. I'm thinking of asking for it for Christmas. Have any of you done it?

Re: Anyone do "Slim in 6"?
I have!! I've had it for about 3 years or longer and have done quite a few rounds of it. I bought it after having my oldest son to get back in shape and I've been addicted since. I'm starting another round the first monday of the new year to get prepared to do P90X(another one of beachbody's programs) since I haven't worked out in the last six months. Its hard work, but well worth the effort. I love it because I've gotten results with it. I wont lie though, it is a commitment. Some days I couldn't think about how I felt or what I wanted. I just got up early in the morning, pressed play, and got it out of the way before I could talk myself out of it. If you do get it, make sure you measure yourself before you start. I had inches melt off of me. Also, theres a few levels to Slm n 6. You could just stay at Start it Up until you're comfortable with moving on? Hope that helps a little bit!

Re: Anyone do "Slim in 6"?
I'll have to check for you later on. I may be wrong, but I think Start it Up is 20-some minutes, Ramp it Up is 40-some minutes, and Burn it Up is about an hour. If anyone knows better, feel free to correct me. Then theres the Slim in 6-pack and Slim and Limber. I did those right after my workouts so more time was added for me. Both of those are about 10-15 mins long. I did Slim and Limber after every workout and Slim and 6-pack three times a week.
Edited to say that I checked my dvds for you and heres how many minutes long each one is:
Start it Up - 24 mins
Ramp it Up - 48 mins
Burn it Up - 59 mins
Slim and Limber - 14 mins
Slim and 6-pack - 11 minsLast edited by BeanPole; December 18, 2007, 07:16 AM.
