    tangotori, i have the same problem...if i don't check in first thing in the am, it is 9 or 10 our time which is midnight on the east coast (which seems to be where majority of STACr's are). but i think you'd be surprised, a lot of people check back in and read later. but i know what you mean! congrats on your induction wt loss....11 pounds is a lot!

      Thanks for responding to my post!
      I've been following you and your posts for the last few weeks - I'm really impressed by your successes! You and I have similar starting weights, and you're working toward the final goal I hope to achieve one day. You're doing so well!!! Yes, even with the wee glitches you experienced this weekend ... you got up the next day and went right back to plan. You're an inspiration!

        thanks so much tori!! yes, we had similar starting wts and i am also 5'4". i may adjust my goal wt down into the 140's when i get there, but right now around 155 i am into size 10 jeans comfortably. i have to say i cannot take full credit, i had mono the past 6 weeks and i dropped a lot of wt from that. but all without exercise, as i used to be running half marathons and now can barely drag myself a half mile!
        you hang in there, i thought it was unattainable to be in the 150's when i started, and here i am! all done by atkins.
