Re: PTZers and Friends from around the World!
Vickie, I think this is a great idea to have a bit of the west coast gathering together. I think finding a bathsuit and getting to the pool is a great idea, and will be so good for exercise and refreshing....There are so many ways to fit exercise in, and in small intense doses, it's all you really need with an active lifestyle...
Keep up the good work out there!

Thank you also for the encouragment to exercise. I agree that exercise can be fit into even the busiest schedules. In fact, I've been thinking about walking at lunch and, on occasion, attending a work-out class at the gym at work. Of course thinking and doing are two different things! I'm definitely looking forward to attending aquafitness classes; it's such a good workout without putting too much stress on my knees.
I'll keep you posted on how it goes!

]). The only thing we could set up was the fridge. I made some eggs for myself this morning... in the microwave!!! They were so rubbery and horrible!!! Lunch was a good salad with tuna, green beans and cucumbers... lunch is easy 'cause I'm at work and just head to the salad bar downstairs. It's dinner that I'm worried about. I think I'm going to stop at Safeway on the way home and pick up a roasted chicken and just nibble my way through the evening. I have a package of cooked beef slices in the freezer... I HAVE to remember to take it out for breakfast tomorrow because I am NOT having microwaved eggs again!
