Hi everyone! I'll start the day out today 
I've already exercised for the day which shocks me.... but my husband woke me up early as he was getting ready for work so since I only had about 20 extra minutes I decided I'd get up too.
Did my 10 minute solution DVD Pilates which was a great ab workout! Since the rest of my body felt left out - I did some squats and some up arm stuff.
Tomorrow my in-laws show up so the house got cleaned yesterday - at least to some extent which will make it ok (she's a clean freak).
Today I cook the quiche for x-mas day breakfast after I do the farmer's market this morning.
So I'm off to get started for the day!

** I forgot to add - I am wearing a BELT and not just as a fashion accessory!! What a great feeling it is to have to put on a belt to keep my pants up. I don't think I EVER remember wearing a belt because I HAD to (other than looks!)
