Hi everyone, ok dont gasp i know i have been gone way to long lol. But seriously i need to get back on track and so im coming back once again and standing and saying this is it. Im so miserable with myself in this body that it is starting to roll over in my every day life. I dont want to go anywhere, my legs ache when i stand on them for to long, my belly feels it is stretched to the limit and its just going to pop like a balloon. I get wore out to soon, and here i was hiking 6miles not even a year ago, i might could do 1 mile now. I have totally let myself go, cant fit into anything i own that buttons and zips up. I think i have fell into a hole and am desperatly trying to find my way through back to the top. Im at the point that I feel im slowly killing myself here and i got to do something if i want to see my kids grow up. I know this is bad but im scared to go to the doctor because i have went up on the scale and not down, my hubby is upset about that, he says who cares if i have gained i need to still go to the doctor, so what im hoping is cleaning up my eating and getting back on track i feel better, i do know the food you eat can make you feel like crap. Ok im done whining here just wanted to say im back and im ready to fight this long battle.

Lisa, welcome back! It's good to see you. You know what to do--get rid of the junk, eat healthy foods, eat your veggies, drink water, and start walking NOW. For me, exercise is the core of my Atkins success...I feel so much better with exercise!

Please don't put off going to the doctor because of a weight gain. Trust me, your health is much more important than the number on the scale at the Doctor's office. In fact, the next time you go to the doctor -- it will be lower! Your health is too important to put off a doctor's visit.Started 4/18/04

Thank You Ladies for once again welcoming me back, i promise im here to stay no matter if every day is a good one or not, i think that is part of my problem, when i failed i was ashamed, i guess that comes from my perfectionist personality and that follows me into my eating as well, if i have one slip im done i feel as i failed and that is something im going to work on i promise.
