I am too late to sign up for the current 6 week excercise challenge, but I want to be accountable for my activity until the next one starts in 2 weeks. Therefore, I'm inviting anyone to join me in making a 2-week commitment and posting daily about what you've done.
Because I'm on vacation, I can actually commit to 7 days a week of excercise. I will do a minimum of one type of workout a day - running, cardio and weights at the gym, or yoga or a walk. I will try to fit in TWO, because I'm really enjoying being outside, running or walking, and I can easily get to the gym in addition.
So.......On Thursday, I ran 1 mile and went to the gym. On Friday, 1.5 miles, and the gym. That's my report.
