  • Peanut Butter....

    I am craving a heaping spoon of the stuff in the worst way-----how do I kill the craving?!?!?! The water isn't working so well anymore and I'm out of olives which I'd normally eat to get rid of a craving---I ate the last of the cheese too this morning with eggs.....

    HELP!!

      1. Remind yourself that peanut butter isn't made with peanuts. It's made with bird poop, colored brown.

      2. Have another egg. And a big glass of water.

      3. Tell yourself that you can have some peanut butter. Tomorrow, if you want. Just not today.

        Peanuts are on the 3rd rung of OWL.
        Resist every day till you hit the OWL and you will feel much better.
        I cheated xmas eve and I felt far more worse than it the cheat ever tasted.

        The OWL Carbohydrate Ladder

        1. Vegetables
        More salad and other vegetables on the acceptable foods list
        2. Dairy
        Fresh cheeses:

        Farmer’s cheese

        Keep portions small for:

              Brown bird poop---lol. Isn't that a treat in some corners of the world??? I managed to get rid of it by going out to dinner with the family. I had a really amazing salad with a steak and a roasted chicken breast. I also guzzled down three glasses of water with my meal. I'm in a state of Zen now....

              I'll have to do something with that jar of peanut butter though because I'm dreaming of it at night! The tape thing sounds good.

                    Any kind of nuts give me horrible stomach pains... maybe since nuts are harder to digest or the oils in them. That is enough to keep me away from them.

                              You know, it's funny that I can even eat and tolerate peanut butter because I've had my gallbladder removed. If I eat too many other types of nuts (especially cashews) I get a terrible tummy ache, but peanut butter never really gives me issues.

                              Smuckers all natural CHUNKY STYLE. Oh man....:::shivers::: I'm planning on serving up peanut butter and jelly sammies today to the kids for lunch to get rid of whatever is in the jar. Then I can go ahead and crave away without the fear of cheating.
