  • Hi again everyone..for the 1000th time

    Im back!! Ive totally fallen off every single time I have tried this NO MORE!!! I started doing CNA work again last summer and carrying 220lbs around just isnt working out for me. I need to lose this weight! I know I can do it, I did it almost 2 years ago. This is my 4th day back and things are going really well actually. Induction flu seems to be worse than the last 999 times, but Im glad it came on two days that I have off of work. Ive just been chugging the water, and forcing my self to eat through the naseua. Im sure I'll wake up tomorrow feeling much better. I dont remember it lasting through the fifth day. Glad to see all of you again, and more than happy to see all the new faces!! Gosh you guys look incredible!!!!

      Welcome back and good luck! So many of us are in the same boat (post Christmas blues, huh?) but we can do this

        Welcome back! Remember, the worse the flu, the more you need this way of eating! It's going to be great for you!

          welcome back. remember the best way through the flu is exercise. I know it sounds terrible. But it is the quickest way to get rid of the flu. You need to get the furnace burning.

              Lacey you are persistent! Hey I wanted to encourage you to read pg 213-14 in the DANDR book, it might provide some guidance for you.
