    Hi All!!!

    Hi everyone! My name is Tammy I started Atkins in July 2006 at 240lbs. I did well and got down to 180lbs. Lately though I have been stumbling and I am now up to 192lbs. This is definetly not the direction I want to be headed in. I worked to hard to get the weight off. I have been a frequent browser of your sight but never really posted. I am looking forward to the support and encouragement that you all seem to offer.

    Welcome Tammy! You wil find lots of support here along with a wealth of knowledge. Post often, start a journal, join a few challenges & join in!!

      welcome!! congrats on your losses, and restart induction with us...you will have those pounds off in no time!
