    Checking in! Rise and shine!

    Re-starting induction today and seeing where it takes me. Just a little frustrated and it's probably just my mind but still.

    I start my pilates class today too which will be fun. Kids take PE and I get to do my lil class while they are in theirs. That makes life a lot easier.

    Good luck on your re-induction, Dana. What a great thing - to be able to get in a pilates class, while your kids get in some exercise! LOVE that!

      THE HOLIDAYS ARE OVER.
      I am so happy the holidays are over.
      For me, its hard, even when I am doing well. To go over people's houses.
      Carbs & Booze are flowing everywhere.
      The holidays for me is like waking through temptation island.

      The good news yesterday is I did 1 hour inline skating.
      The bad news....My new DG, made a taco salad with doritos and instead of just taking the doritios out, I just ate them in the salad . Good news we watched Biggest Loser last night. Do you know that show? I hope it motivates her to lose weight with me.

            Morning! I didn't check in yesterday, just took the day away from the computer and got caught up with laundry. Also treated myself to a brow wax as a back on track sort of treat. I am on Day 5 of induction, the icky feeling is gone and I'm feeling good!!

              Good Morning, Everyone. I am SOOOO glad the holidays are OVER and I am back to work today. Pretty sick, huh? LOL I'm glad because now I can return to my ROUTINE. Things hopefully will fall easily back into place and I can have some peace of mind again.

                Hey everyone...i'm back, regretfully, now 6 pounds up from goal. I'm starting induction today...glad to see so many others are on the same track. Why do we do this to ourselves???????? We know what illegal food does???????? I can't believe there are so many familiar faces in this place : )
                I watched biggest loser last night also and it really inspired me. My dh said "is this a new show?" hee hee.....i told him it had been on for a few years now, but he never noticed it, i watched it for years...shows you how much attention he paid to me when i was overweight.
                Good luck to all of you re-inducing today...WE CAN DO THIS...NO CHEATING.....

                  Hey, y'all! I'm so happy to be back! I've only been on induction one day and it already feels good to be back on track - just the feeling of purpose, you know? Had eggs this morning and feeling full. Yay! Need to make sure I get my water in today.

                  Dana - good for you! I've always wanted to try pilates. Time is at a premium for me, so I just get walks in.

                  Mitzi - Hey, girl!

                  Jimmy (? Is that your name? LOVE that song!) - Yay! I agree - the holidays are over. That's why I waited until 1/1 to restart. I need to watch the Biggest Loser. I don't usually get a chance to watch prime time tv. But that, maybe I should make time for...

                      Nothing much new here. I know that I weigh 199lbs despite the fact that the scale says 200.5 today. I just know I do. I'm going to drink lots of water today and be very good and tomorrow I will weigh 199.5! I say this to myself everyday! LOL!

                        Pilates sounds great...have fun!

                        Thanks for the gift...it's nice to know I won't be returning that one this year...lol.. Hang tough and fight the urges of "it's there so I'll eat it".

                        I watched the BL last night...I actually like it better (almost) that the original. Maybe because they didn't drag out the weigh-ins, they didn't drag out the "booting off", and the trainers are "get over it and do it". Can't wait to see next weeks!

                        I love Julian, too....she could yell at me for a month or two, also.

                        Hang tough if you're going through Induction...I hope you'll be able to move quickly up to Rungs 1-2 after going through detox of the foods.



                        Power up and move on...that's my goal for today.

                          Good Morning!!

                          Day 2 on induction and I am doing ok, not good, not bad, just ok. Had a headache yesterday - still lingering today, but I did sleep wonderful last night. I am a little foggy this morning, but I know this shall too pass.

                          I have gone to the gym for the past couple weeks off and on...probably 11 out of 14 days, but have been steady since the 26th of December. Pretty proud of that.

                          Today the kiddos go back to school - kinda bittersweet - I know my house will stay clean, but will miss them.

                          I am going to the gym today to do 1 mile walk and Nautalis (sp?) machines.

                          I keep reminding myself that the way I feel right now is so worth the reward of losing weight. I have decided to weigh on Mondays so that I don't get obsessed with the scale.

                            Good Morning all!

                            I am starting induction again. This will be my second time around...Sounds like I am not alone after reading everyone elses posts. I will be the first to admit that I gained 17 lbs. over the holidays and I am very ashamed.

                            I read all the warnings...but did not listen. I thought it couldnt happen to me, but it did. I was a fool.

                            Today is a new day! I have a brighter outlook on the new year & I am going to get to my goal this time.

                            I got up this morning and made my two egg omelet w/ ham and packed my snack for lunch. I am ready to be good again. I still need to clean out the cupboards tonight and throw some of the sinful stuff away, but I am ready.

                            It is a shame to think, before Thanksgiving I was down to 188 lbs. and now I am back up to 205 lbs.

                            With a little support from my friends - I will do this & get back to a healthy way of living.

                              Good Morning Everyone...

                              A little rocky this morning as I am babysitting 2 children bringing the total to 5 little monkeys in the house. Oh ya they all wanted pancakes and syrup for breakfast. I am so looking forward to Monday when school is back on. Otherwise I am on track and feeling good so far. I definately need to clean out the house of carbs by tonight and restock some atkins friendly food.
