    Good Morning Everyone....I always seem to be the Weekend Roll Call person...lol My body doesn't understand that you are suppose to sleep in on the weekends...lol

    Well I made it through a second day of No Cheat.. WOO HOO.. I am 2lbs from being at my ticker weight. I am getting that I can do it feeling again

    I was suppose to work at the campground today but I let someone else do it... I am going to stay home and fix something legal for me to eat over the next few days.

    Planning is ALWAYS the key for me.. I have said this before..but if I don't PLAN I FAIL....

    Ok - I'm still at the same weight..... didn't cheat - heck didn't even have the legal dessert I was thinking of last night. No problem I feel better cause I didn't have it. Just finished my breakfast shake for this morning and I get to go and load up the truck to go to market!! It's the 1st day of my husband's new schedule so he's actually home this morning and gets to keep the kids here which is probably the best thing about this schedule this year (otherwise it stinks).

    Later I plan on looking at what I have been eating because (don't laugh) I forgot what rung I am on... just know OWL and that's it. But that will take thinking and I'm not at that point yet. I do know I'm up to about 35-40 carbs per day and I can't judge it by that because for induction I have to stick to 10-15 to kick into ketosis.

    Way to go Sandy! I know you can do it and you are so right about the planning thing!! If I don't have stuff here I KNOW I can eat I'm miserable. I even plan stops along the road in case I get hungry.

    Oh well everyone! Gotta go - have a wonderful day I need to go and check the barn for new babies before I start to load

      Good Morning Stacers!!

      It is a beautiful sunny morning here & 17 degrees. My day is planned with DSD's basketball game, grocery shopping & a few other errands.

      Day 6 Induction for me. I think Monday I'm going back to OWL Rung 1. Miss those extra veggies!!

        good morning everyone, and good news.
        I made it to the gym yesterday first time in a long time.
        I ran a mile in 14:10, and that is tough when you weigh 265 and are only 5'9".
        I am very happy.
        My goal today is again to work out.
        My future goal is to make induction friendly chicken salad that actually tastes good.

          Good Morning STAC'ers! I am looking forward to a fun day today .. I was up early did my excercises and ate a big breakfast. Normally I don't but I was really hungry this morning so I had extra. Legal but extra. Bob and Hillary have gone skiing and I am off in a few to Michael's wrestling tournament with the two little ones. We won't stay for the whole thing as it tends to be way to long a day for them (10 am -about 8 pm) but we will spend a few hours and watch him wrestle at least twice. I also take the wrestling tem pics for the year book so there's a little business thrown in there as well!

          Tomorrow Courtney and the kids come to visit which I am looking forward to as well!

          Oh and my legs are so sore.......... I did my monthly fitness tests two days ago and did 94 squats all at once and man even though I do about 50 a day for my challenges doing twice that many all at once killed me! Lordy my muscles are crying at me! LOL

          I am off ............. I hope you all have a fabulous day!

            Good Morning STACers~ checking in for accountability. Tried spaghetti squash for the first time last night and it wasn't too bad! Trying to accept that I am a *slow loser* and not let that fact send me off track. Everyone have a great weekend

              Good morning everyone.

              Ds (7yrs) let me sleep in late today until 830am. He was in tears the other day because he realized that we didn't buy eggnog this year and he loves it. Last night I went out and bought some for him, so he's being really, really nice now! I do feel guilty though, because I don't want him to form emotional attachments to food.

              Lots of errands to do today and then we're going to a family sports restaurant to watch the Redskins play. Wings and a salad will be in order. Usually I have some wine too, but I think I'll skip that this time.

              Dana, I loved looking at your website. Dh made lots of chicken jokes as he looked over my shoulder, but since he's from VA, I'll forgive him. Llama poop? My ds could have a lot of fun with that job!!!

              Catherine, we have spaghetti squash every week or two, usually with spaghetti sauce. I usually cook it in a pressure cooker and it took a few tries to get the timing right. I just printed this recipe for Spaghetti Squash Chicken Alfredo that I want to try this week http://lowcarbcooking.org/viewrecipe.php?id=676 . Looks yummy!

              Everyone is being so good and exercising. I need to do that more. And vitamins! Remember your vitamins!

                Morning all!

                Grumpy lady here this morn. Weighed in at 115 - 1.5lb up form my low. Haven't cheated (I never do), haven't done anything different - TOM is coming up. I feel so icky, bloated and gross...I know, 115 isn't bad, right? It is when I look in the mirror and can't stand the sight of my body.

                Another gripe - We own a couple of businesses - What's the deal with people lacking work ethic? When you're scheduled to work - WORK, or find someone to cover your shift. Coming up with seriously stupid excuses is pathetic and wrong. So my hubby had to work yesterday (covering for a "sick" employee) from 7am-12:30am - yeah, 17 hour day on his feet - nice. Then he goes in today to unlock one of the businesses and grabs the banking from the other and gets a call from an employee that they're not coming in today - So he gets to work all day again today - makes me so angry. I understand that when you own your own business that's one of the downfalls - crappy employees - when it affects my home life - it makes me a very angry person. Trivial? Maybe - OK, done complaining...

                Going to the gym to run my ever lovin bootie off - maybe will help clear my mind and work off my fat.

                Gee, I sound downright crazy today! It will get better....

                  Sorry you're having such a rough day today. My boss gets mad at his crappy employees too (not me!). Unfortunately my boss doesn't appreciate the great employees that he does have, so none of the employess, good or bad, are happy where I work.

                  I hope you'll feel better after a good workout. Don't feel badly about your weight, since you know that it's TOM-related and nothing that you've done. Just keep going.

                  I hope your dh gets a break too.

                    Hey everyone!

                    Well it is day 3 for me and I am feeling great! I had a great breakfast (never usually have a big one but hubby was making it so....)and have cleaned up the house a bit. Plan on going sledding today, that should be fun! My daughter is being super sweet today and giving all kinds of kisses (she can be stingy with those sometimes). Well I guess I will catch up with everyone later....Ciao!

                      We own our own business too but we don't have a lot of employees. The one we do have does things kinda half-butted a lot of times and we end up having to do things over and it costs hundreds of dollars. Not fun, your right about it affecting the home life. My DH gets so mad and it can last for a couple days.
                      Hey 115 ain't so bad from where I am standing. I would like to be around that weight. I bet you look great. We are always our own worst critic aren't we?

                      Well I gotta run and get breakfast going, then exercise. Treadmill for me today it is raining outside.

                          Good Morning Everyone! Day 4 for me and I'm still cheat free. And I was down 5 pounds total this morning! I'm not craving sweets any more and I have more energy. DH wants to go geocaching later today, so that will be some good exercise for both of us. We have a birthday part to go to tonight, and I'm sure the food and alcohol will be flowing freely. I plan to bring along some legal snacks. My biggest tempation will be the alcohol. But I can do this!

                              Day 8 of induction for me... weighed in this morning and I'm down to 167.5 - almost 7lbs gone in the first week, happy with that.

                              Working on figuring out some new meals for the week before I head to the grocery store this afternoon.
