    Good morning everyone.
    Everyone is right, I feel much better after I stop the excuses and go exercise.
    I did 50 minutes of inline skating in the cold yesterday.
    I felt great afterwards.
    have a great day.
    My goal is to exercise today.
    I am so happy because Virginia is going to have up 60s tomorrow, and I know for me its easy to exercise in warm weather.
    I miss July and August!

        Hugs to you MoUsa. I read the link and that is amazing what they were able to do. He looks great. There's nothing worse than fearing for your child's life. Nothing. Well, almost nothing.

        Mitzimarie, I'm glad you saw and answered my comments. I don't see that you can shop online though! I feel like I lost my style when I was heavy and I need to find it again. I don't know if your "before" photo is typical of you or not, but it appears that you have totally changed your style!! I just bought some things from Coldwater Creek that arrived yesterday. I bought several sizes so I have things to look forward to too. I'm wearing new things today and I see that I have a shape that's not just round! Exciting for me.

            This morning while we are in church we will mention John in prayer. His story is amazing and I wish him and your family only the best and God's richest blessings.
            Mo, please take care of yourself too and stay on induction for a healthier new you!

            This is day 7 of induction for me and I am excited to see what the scale tells me tomorrow.

            Can't hang around long. We are going to church this morning and I have to go get my daughter moving!

                    i just got home about 20 minutes ago. i am reporting for the day.....count me as present!! i walked a 5k today, still need to do my squats and situps. i will get them in though, and post them accordingly to the challenge threads!

                        You're right, Sheepie - no way to order online. We are so small, we can't even do lay-away, much less online business. To tell you the truth, I think that the prices in our store are too high... and, most of the clothes are not my style. I realize that most people who are "boutique" shoppers want clothes that are "boutique-y", but I guess that's just not me. For example, there's not a pair of jeans in there, that don't have some kind of stud, brad, rhinestone, etc., on them... I'm a plain jeans girl. Having said that, there are some things that come in there, that I love. This top was one of them, but even with my 30% discount, there was no way that I was going to buy it. (price before discount was $92.00 ). There are LOTS of boutiques in town with higher prices, but I guess I'm too cheap to shop in boutiques. Isn't it exciting to be able to fit into normal clothes? The boutique carries size 4 to 16, and for the longest time I couldn't fit into any of their clothes. Now, I am in the smallest size they carry. I'm glad you got some new clothes - they make you feel great, don't they?

                                Day 9 back on track and still doing good - planning a day of cleaning/organizing in our computer/school room. Not much else going on here. On the lookout for some new recipes so I can do some cooking tomorrow.

                                    Well shopping was the bomb! There are no bathing suits anywhere!!!!! They just are not out in the stores yet ............ I guess I will have to look ridiculous in my big suit till they start selling! Sears said February! UGH
