    Good Morning Everyone!!! Just starting this thread for today!!! Thank God its friday lol, i have been working my butt off with work, also homeschool, im looking forward to these next 2 days off, im going to make it a point to go walk both days. I really need to kick it in gear and excercise daily again, i get so caught up in my day and before i know it, its bedtime. I love working from home, and i can work anywhere between 9am-1am and i do a schedule, where i work 3hrs take off work with my daughter , then clock back in and work another few hrs then get off and work with my daughter then its dinner time, and after dinner i get the girls ready for bed and then i clock back in and work some more. The flexibility is nice but i feel like my whole day surfaces around my computer and when can i get back on to work. Other than the excercise im doing awesome. I feel great and energized!!! I love this feeling, so i have no idea why i yo yo so much. Well i hope you all have a blessed day and i will chat with you all later!!!!

    Good Morning STACers,

    Wow Lisa, I envy you, working from home....that would be nice. So, here we are, it's Friday, yayyyyyyyy. Looking forward to a nice quiet weekend. Playing out tonight, then I have the Saturday and Sunday to the wife and I. I love Friday gigs!! Woo Hoo!

      Good morning Lisa, I too hav eto get back into an exercise routine, i'm actually starting to feel my joints a little achy and i'm thinking the lack of exercise is why. i did start a home weight routine a couple of days ago..now if i can just keep it going and add my cardio. not sure what the winter weather is going to bring so not sure if running will be doable...but i should try while i can (it's not icy now.

      I've been on track, I've added back a couple of my owl foods, peanut butter, almond milk, yogurt and last night i bought a loaf of lc bread. But trying to keep the carbs lower for a bit longer and bring them back up gradually. i'm also going to try to limit the bread/grains to once a week only for the next little while.

        Good morning. I need to get exercising too. Down another .5lb today! Yea! I've lost 2.5lbs since Jan 1 and that's better than I have done in months. Hope I can keep it up. So glad it's Friday. It's been an awful work week, so I'm really looking forward to the weekend. Be good everyone!! LOL!

            Good morning everyone. I was up 2 lbs this morning, probably from all the squats and weight lifting I did yesterday. I FEEL leaner though.

            Today I'm going to spin class and I've got my water, my veggies, my protein and fat all ready and planned out. Yum Yum.

            I had calabaza squash, fried eggs and mushrooms for breakfast. Chicken breast with mayo to dip and coleslaw for lunch. Yum Yum.

              Good morning felow STACers! I homeschool my son, and can't wait till May when he graduates!

              My weight seems to have leveled out from my procedure, so that helps keep me motivated. I've lost 6.8 pounds in 9 days. I decided to start Induction all over again Wednesday, because I'm sure the stuff I had to drink had bad stuff in it. I have my grandson today. He just turned a year old and is into everything, so that will give me lots of extra exercise. Speaking of which, gotta run!

                Morning everyone.... wasn't around here yesterday because of taking a day trip to the PA Farm Show. We went with heavy hearts as the triplets I helped deliver didn't make it - apparently the mother stopped producing milk and of course I didn't notice. So my day off wasn't really fun - kinda stunk and I keep wondering if we stayed home yesterday would the 3rd one have died and I'm not sure.

                Anyways - I ate ok yesterday not great as lunch was from McD's (bunless burgers) and that always causes some water gain. We came home last night and then went back out to dinner which made the day somewhat better - we found a mexican restraunt who made some great stuff - including an incredible taco salad which was huge and so filling. I was told no sugars were in the seasoning (apparently it is family owned and mom is diabetic so they made it for her).... absolutely yummy and filling.

                No weight loss - actually I was up a couple pounds this morning - but bloated so it's a 99% chance it's water. I'm having a mega fiber shake this morning for breakfast because I so need the extra fiber to get some stuff moving

                Gotta go and feed chickens as I am running late because of taking care of the new lambs born this morning.

                  Quick in and out here - I am feeling a little overwhelmed by everything I need to get done today. I have had so little time for the board lately, and that makes me grumpy.

                    Hi everyone! I'm here today! re-absorbing more info, since it's been a while! Good day yesterday and so far even better today! Got to go to the grocery ALONE! LOL, you moms know what I'm talking about! Had a lettuce/cheese/sprout/tomator wrap with mayo for breakfast after the store-yummy! On my 3rd glass of water today (16oz), so halfway there! That's something I struggle with!

                    Doing some research and penny crunching to see what I can find exercise bike wise! Anyone have any suggestions? We have an old manual treadmill that is awful and DH has agreed to the purchase of a new exercise bike. I'm leaning toward a Schwinn, but not sure which is best a recumbent or an airdyne? Any suggestions?

                    It's just a little damp and chilly today (40), so I think I'm going to go ahead and drive to preschool and walk the parking lot until pickup time. Should give me a good 30-40 mins if I can dodge rain showers and stand the cold.

                      I'm up early for a change...
                      Well, I had a blast meeting Evermind last night for coffee and water aerobics. She made me laugh so hard with our drill sergent of an instructor... who was twice our age... I lost a lb over night!!! yeah! (please pass the motrin!) We had such a good time we forgot all about taking pictures... until our hair was wet... so next time! Evermind is great btw!

                      I took my scale old scale to Am Vets yesterday ( along with a pile of old clothes). It weighed me 3-4 lbs lighter than the new scale... but I'm letting go of that and am accepting the 'new' scale wt as the real wt now.

                      Day 4 of induction today... and day 4 with no caffeine... headache going away...
                      down 3 lbs since Monday. yah.

                      Sorry you lost your lambs Chicca... I hope your day gets better.

                          Liz, that's so cool that you and Evermind got to meet! I think I need to move to California or Georgia, it seems like EVERYBODY on ADBB is from either of those states.

                          I'm feeling good this morning, really good! I feel lean, I feel like I'm smaller, in fact, I feel like I'm back at my siggy weight. My boyfriend said how much leaner I look, and today I've gotten 2 compliments on how much "skinnier" I am. But, no weighing until February! I feel free again, now that the bondage of the scale has been broken.

                          I've been eating more calories (over 2000 each day, usually around 2300-2400) and usually between 40-60 carbs. Joy had mentioned that she was doing pretty much the same thing--higher calorie/lower carb. My body seems to like this! A LOT!

                            I'm here. Busy bee this morning getting all the housework done that got overlooked during the week. Nice to have energy. A steady flow of energy all day long. Supper last night was delish - though youngest was a bit upset that I didn't cook the cabbage LOL It's wonderful having kids who love to eat veggies!

                              GOOOOOD morning!

                              Well, HopeJoy and I had a blast yesterday. I cannot tell you how funny it was at the water aerobics class. I'm used to the teacher standing up on the pool deck showing us what to do. This lady, who barked like a drill sargent, was in the pool and half the time I couldn't understand what she was saying! Now, you know, under water, you cannot move fast. She was barking "leftrightleftright" so FAST that it was absurd! I swear, if I hadn't peed before class, I would have during, I was laughing so hard.

                              But we loved it and would go back. HopeJoy and I may take an Israeli dance class and/or try a yoga class she's been to, also. It's good to have a buddy to do those kinds of activities with.

                              So, no scale movement again today, but I feel good anyway. I'm frankly so used to NOT losing that I'd probably be shocked if I lost anything. It appears that cutting out the OWL foods isn't making much of a difference, but I'll keep this up for another week.

                              Today I hope to run sometime, and in the afternoon dd and I are going to the gym for cardio and weight training. Then my dh is actually home tonight (he works 2 jobs) and we will just enjoy being together!
