Morning, all!
Well, I'm up earlier than usual when on vacation, but I had a good sleep, and feel good. The scale is down another lb., which means only 4 more until I hit 200 again. Then, we'll see if I start really losing and getting down below 200! To me, that will be a sign that my 2 month stall is over.
Last night dd and I had a good workout at the gym. Legs and shoulders. Killer legs, and today I'm feeling it in my thighs and lower back - a good soreness, and it will diminish as I warm up. I will probably go for a run this morning, and then this evening HopeJoy and I are set for water aerobics again - woo hoo!
Spirit - Hang in there. I've been in your situation since the beginning of November. It's frustrating, if you keep focussing on the scale. If, on the other hand, you pay attention to how you FEEL, and how you are enjoying the FOOD, it is bearable. And patience is the key. If you need to have a meltdown, this board is the place. The refrigerator is NOT the place!
Biv - I am so excited for you! I'm on the verge of size 14, but not quite. I can't wait until I hit size 12! You're doing soooo well!!!!

You can do it! Hold fast! STressed? eat legal foods - you'll feel better. Stressed? Exercise - even marching in place work up the cardio! Stressed? Write, drawn.. talk, scream.. push the food away, it's only gonna make you feel worse! You have lost 16 already! Keep on keeping on, girlie!
