  • This time I know I can win!

I hate I hate I hate that I fell off of Atkins. I fell off of it 2 years ago and I have just been so miserable with myself. Never again.

Never again will I cheat or quit on myself. I refuse to by unhealthy and I refuse to give up!

Part of my downfall was getting evicted from my apartment and I was couch surfing until I found my own place again. I no longer had a reliable food source and I no longer had access to the ADBB. I contribute a lot of my previous sucess with the support that ADBB provides. You guys rock!

I have re-read the book. I have the foods I need. I have my goals. I have no excuses!

Welcome back Spazzy! You're not the only one feeling the way you do, and falling off the wagon. I've done the same thing, and now after 2 weeks of induction, I know I made the right decision to come back. No sense in looking backwards, but ahead, and make a new start. You can do it. You're in the right place for support and encouragement. Just roll up your sleeves, and get started!

Hey Spazzy, I like that name! Welcome....I like the statement, I'm not givingup on myself again! I think that touches a nerve...coming back means you are not giving up on yourself....that's a key thing.
