  • Is this normal?

I just started last week. And beginning after the second day everynight now i have been getting a horrible stomach ache. like i want to hurl. thinking about any food on this woe makes it even worse. i do have a good variety here from chicken to steak to salads broccoli. it's really scary because i dont want to feel like this everyday. so im just wondering if its normal to feel this way in the beginning.

Hmm.. are you wanting to hurl because of the site of food or have you eaten and want to hurl?

All the protein and fats fill you up! That "switch" that skinny people seem to have that tells them not to eat even when the most scrumptious food is in front of them... Atkins gives you that!

You can eat smaller meals during the day so that you are hungry later in the evening... that may help. Just a thought.

yeah I had this same reaction a few times actually...

I attribute it to the fact that I've made my body go in and out of ketosis so many times that it's developed it's own way of trying to diverge me from doing it again... So, for the past couple months (which have been rough) trying to get back on track with this WOE I've had that problem and it actually worked a few times, until I got smarter than my stomach and pretty much 'told' it, "Get used to it."

And it did, stomach nausea is gone, and yours will be too.

Just hold out for a few more days, but if it lasts more than a week, I'd be concerned, but follow the WOE to a tee and it should clear up.
