  • Back again!

I haven't been on in a year or so. I lost 20 lbs last time and let the diet go. I'm back and ready to stay committed. I did great over Christmas and don't have to lose any holiday weight. I let 10lbs creep back on over the last year, so I've got to take that off plus....lots.

Actually I'm hoping to lose 100lbs. Nothing like New Years and a birthday to get you recommitted to health.

I found that I had the best success when I came on here and read encouraging words, so...I hope to be on here lots looking for and giving support.

I did my 1st day of induction Monday, (lost 5lbs of water weight)
Tuesday went a little crazy at lunch but didn't gain any water weight back and today I'm sick with a head cold and my darling husband brought me yummy, but non Atkins soup. SO, I'm starting over again tomorrow.

I really am committed and my biggest goal is to exercise 5 days a week and do a clean induction.

Every morning and every night my sinuses pretty much want me dead. lol. Other than that I'm doing well. I picked up The Body for Life for Women. And I really like the message that "Your Plan A rarely works out, so have a plan B, C, D and so on"
