    thanks guys!!! incidentally, i totally pigged out this week with my sisters in town at the spa, and the size 8 is a little tight.....just goes to show how you really have to STAY ON TOP OF THINGS!!!! the good news is, will be back down to normal in a few days with water, eating right, and exercise. i also slipped off the board last week which really makes it easy not to be focused. rededicating to checking in daily!!!
