    My two weeks is UP

    It's been two weeks and today the scale said I lost 10 pounds! TEN POUNDS, people! That puts me in new numbers and THAT is a glorious thing when you are overweight.

    The board is such an encouragement to me. Thanks everyone for supporting each other.
