    I'm here again!

    Hello all. I was here several years ago and did very well. Unfortunately I fell way off the wagon and here I am again preparing to start all over this coming Sunday. However, my new husband is very supportive so hopefully he can adjust to some new cooking!!!

    Some of you might remember me as Dawn's sister, if you all remember her. LOL! Maybe she'll join us again soon.

    Well, welcome back! You'll feel better in no time, once you've detoxed from the carbs and sugar, and have gone into ketosis! Make sure to get enough exercise and drink that water!
