Wow I'm the first one! First time!
I'm still doing well as far as the eating goes (aside from probably a bit too much p. butter), not so much with the exercise however... but I went to Sears yesterday and looked at a treadmill yesterday that I think i'm going to buy, a Proform 'crosswalk' it's a treadmill with optional arm poles (like x-country skiing...which i do when we have snow!). I'm not a marathon runner, but can jog 30 mins or so, so i'm thinking an entry level (and cheaper!) treadmill like this should be sufficient. ...
Hoping to get hubby interested in the treadmill as well, he's lifted weights for years so he's in great shape muscle wise, but terrible for doing cardio.
How is everyone else doing?
