How long before the induction flu sets in? I've been on atkins all of ONE day and I have a killer headache right now.

I think it varies by person. First time I did atkins I had the flu by the second day. it lasted for about 3 or 4 days before finally calming down. This time around I didnt' have it at all.

Oh wow... I totally forgot about the flu thing. I don't remember really being bothered by that last time around. Hopefully this time around it will stay away also.

sounds like you are there. I had a headache for 4 days and then entered a la-la high energy land of wonderfulness....everything smoothed out emotionally and physically and I had so much energy to burn!

I'm with everyone else here - I went right into headache mode and grumpiness from it... then WOOSH it all went away Advil worked wonders!!
