    Woo hoo it's Saturday - dang I wish I could sleep in! But I'm up - did my abs, squats, and push-ups and need to go and get dressed for the market today and loaded up!

    So didn't weigh in yet..... so no news there.....

    Wow Chica, I thought I was the early bird this morning! You have me beat.

    Today is weigh in day but I haven't done it yet. Seems my scale obsession has turned to fear. I don't want to be disappointed by the numbers. So, I will stay motivated and stick to this WOE no matter what the scale says.

      Good lord! 9 a.m. on the Pacific Coast, and only 2 posts????????? Where is everyone?

      Morning, all. I slept in until about 7:30, then hung out with dh until he got up to take a shower. Now I'm having coffee and considering my day.

      For sure: Get nails done, work out at gym

      Probably: Run 1.5 miles, work on thesis.

      Possibly: Load dishwasher, clean out cupboards (anyone else have family members who take the last granola bar, etc. out of a box but leave the box there?????????? Or let fritos fall out of a bag into the drawer and leave them to attract bugs or something?)

      For sure absolutely no: Eat a twinkie. <ick>

      Yesterday was a good day. Good food, good day with my students, good workout with trainer, who showed us some new stuff for back (including lower, which I really,r eally need) and biceps and abs. Came home, dh was at work and dd went to a bball game, so I curled up in bed and read and watched the news until I dozed off. Woke up briefly when dh came home, snuggled, went back to sleep - probably got a good 10 hours, which I really need once a week or so.

      Life is good. Let's make it that way for others today.

        Good morning. Got up early, but went back to bed and slept in. Felt great! Did church stuff and bank stuff and just came home and had leftover eggplant casserole (like lasagna). Mmmmm. So good. Not sure what the plan for today is, but I'm so glad that it's the weekend.

        Be good everyone and have fun.

        P.S. Isn't Australia Day on Monday? Have fun celebrating this weekend.

            Well I decided to do absolutely nothing today, on purpose!
            I lazed around in PJ's till 2.30pm, ate brunch in bed and read a book.
            Now im off to my friends for the evening with a bottle of vodka in one hand and a bottle of water in the other!!
            Predicting a hangover tomorrow morning and then im off to Manchester to take my daughter to see Linkin Park.

              I just woke up not too long ago! Had me some tasty breakfast and now I'm getting ready for a party tonight! I tried on a dress that I haven't been able to wear for years and it fits! It's a little tight across the chest and shoulders but it doesn't look like a stuffed sausage or something. Waiting for my bf to get home to tell me what he thinks.

                Well im back from my friends house and I can't believe how few posts there are on here!! ARe you all still in bed in the USA??

                Turned out that my vodka didn't get drunk, I stuck to water and we all talked for hours. Main topic was diet and all my friends or on WeightWatchers and not doing very well. Ive lost 28lbs since we last met up, so I came under much scrutiny. I had the usual grilling over what I eat each day. But as none of them are prepared to commit 100% to changing their lifestyle along with their nutrition, I told them not to do Atkins. Half measures do NOT work with the Atkins Way of Life.
