    Dang you all are lazy!! It's 8am EST come on guys get up!!

    Ok - I'm excited, I hit 149 today!!! NO MORE 150's!!!!! That puts me 9 lbs away from my 1st goal which is how low I was the 1st time I was on Atkins. I keep thinking of the #'s I'll never see again which is a great feeling and huge motivator.

    Gotta run.....need to check on the baby lamb I worked with last night....

    Good Morning Stacers!

    It is lightly snowing in Vermont. Plans for the day are to continue my quest for a better attitude. Can't buy one at any of my local stores. Derailed Friday night at dinner but I'm back on track & chugging along.

      Glenda - I have a crapppy 'tude this morning also. I'm going to the gym in a bit to run some of my anger off

      Morning everyone!

      Weighed in at 112.5 - happy with that. I am running this morn and going to do a bit of elliptical and upper body resistance - I took yesterday off from the gym - my 4 year old had his B-day party. The cupcakes smelled so good, but I am one stubborn, anal retentive chick and refused to even lick my fingers after I touched one

      I don't know if any of you have tried these rolls, but they're pretty good! I found them on this site:

      It's pretty much eggs and cream cheese, but these are really, really good! I had one this morning with my usual omlette. I mixed a little bit of cream cheese with torani syrup and butter and put it on top, like a danish - YUMMY!!!! Try them out - Today, I might try them as a hamburger bun.

        Morning, all.

        Yesterday I got a lot done, finishing off with a major workout at the gym. I even swam 10 laps at the end before going to the jacuzzi. Is there ANYTHING more relaxing than taking a shower, slathering yourself with conditioner or lotion, and lying in a sauna in silence for 10 min? And afterwards, your hair and skin is soooooo soft.....ahhhhh,bliss.

        This morning it's raining and windy. We're expecting major storms and flash flooding is a probability later today, so I went to the grocery store early and have no other plans to leave the house today. A good time to get started on work for my University classes and to prepare some food for the coming week.

        My daughter told me yesterday that I suddenly look a lot leaner all over. So, feeling like I needed a boost (since the scale isn't moving again), I measured waist and hips - and they are exactly the same. <sigh> Ah, well. I do feel stronger and leaner, even if it's not real.

        Let's go make today special, y'all.

          Hi Everyone,

          I was up 1.5 pounds today...I ate way too much sodium yesterday (and calories). I'm going to hit the treadmill and drink tonnes of water today so I can be down for tomorrow's challenge weigh in.

            Greetings, Fellow STACers

            Have had a very busy last couple of days, and will for the next couple of days. I've been working open to close in the boutique while my niece and SIL are at market in Atlanta, so I've been a little scarce around the board.

            Sundays are my official weigh day, and I've made it to 120. I've been inching my way down from 125 since the first of the year, but didn't want to change my ticker until I made it to 120. I changed it this morning.

              Good afternoon all.

              Dana, you're 1lb from my goal!!! Actually, I'm not sure if that's really my goal or not. I could be quite happy at 148, 155, 168 or even 178!!!

              We went to the buffet place after church today. Not to fear, I was good. Poor dd though. I took her to the bathroom and she threw up, a lot. Fortunately she made it to the stall in time. She barely even ate anything. She seems fine now.

              Is tomorrow really Monday? I can't believe how fast the weekend goes!

                Chica - congrats on the new decade! I have four pounds to go to get out of the 160's. I think it's going to take a while. I am on the pound a week plan . I guess it's better than gaining a pound a week.

                  hey everyone!

                  Last night I was at my bf's company holiday party and I had a lot of fun! Did pretty well with sticking to the diet even though there wasn't much that I could eat. They even put this big plate of tasty looking bread in front of me and i didn't even touch it! Admittedly did cheat a little and had a little bite of cheesecake (no crust though!) but that was it. Drank lots of water to compensate and today there will be working out action.

                  Today I'm also going to a car show with my bf! I'm really excited about this there are so many cars and even though I'm not entirely into it my bf is and its so much fun to see how excited he gets about everything <3

                    Just got back from watching Linkin Park and they were fab. My daughter however is not impressed with my behaviour!! Apparently it's not cool' for your mum to sing louder than her daughter!!!

                    Sort of looking forward to getting on the scales tomorrow, im feeling leaner.

                      Hi guys, just a quick note to say hello... I'm at work... crazy day today! busy busy!
                      well... so far, no cheats for me... finished the antibiotic and started diflucan today... still having the daily headache... really preoccupied with trying to get over it. doing my neck exersize but it isn't helping as much as I thought it would. haven't been exercising, hoping to get back to that this week. Hope it stops raining, but even if it doesnt will still walk. Wt up, hoping to be back down again with yeast under control...

                      Sorry, if it sounds like I'm complaining... I don't mean to... so glad to have this group to keep me on track food wise. Have a good night...
